Knock It Pro – Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Subscription & Payment

Knock It Pro offers auto-renewable subscription plans that grant access to premium features and services.

• Subscription Length: Subscriptions renew automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment: Your iTunes Account will be charged upon purchase confirmation.
• Renewal: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
• No Refunds: Partial refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription term once activated.

Prices and plans may vary by region and are subject to change with notice as required by Apple's App Store policies.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Knock It Pro solely for your personal or business use in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works of the App;
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or sell access to the App;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features;
• Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. User Content and Conduct

You are responsible for all information, data, and content you input into the App. You represent that you own or have permission to use that content.

You agree not to:

• Use Knock It Pro for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes;
• Upload or distribute malicious code or spam;
• Infringe upon the rights of others, including intellectual property or privacy rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Data & Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our full Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Knock It Pro—including software, trademarks, logos, and content—are owned by Final Expense Pro Ltd. or its licensors. No right or license is granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Knock It Pro, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activity that could harm us or other users. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Knock It Pro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Final Expense Pro Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Knock It Pro, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted at https://www.knockitpro.com/terms. Your continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
